My account was hacked several weeks ago. The person was able to change my email address to his and he changed my name on my facebook profile and made it his name. All of my friends can see his name under my picture and it is creepy. I tried to report this with no help. I created a new page and now that has been disabled. I know it is tied to the hacking. How can I get around this?

New and returning visitors to a product often get frustrated when caught in a loop of password reset links, and confirmation codes, meanwhile for others the process is seamless. Single sign-on options from Google, Apple, and Shopify have raised the bar around how simple and secure the experience can be. This tutorial will walk you through how to design a login page from scratch, for a web application. The principles used can be applied to mobile design as well.

The end result will be a two-panel login interface with space for visuals and quick tips on the right-hand side of the page. This format is set up nicely for responsive design, as on small devices, the visual panel can be hidden, and the login panel can adapt to the screen size.

It is good practice to adjust the names of artboards to represent what is on the page. Artboard names are used by default when sharing and exporting. Keeping the names descriptive and concise can help with the handoff process later on. To edit an artboard name, simply double-click and type in the new name. Clicking away from the name will exit out of the edit mode.

Since the left hand side is the login form side, a title and subtitle can be added to make it clear to the viewer what the intent of this page is. Start with a larger display font for the title, and a smaller, sans serif font, for the subtitle. Text can be created with the text tool on the left panel, or by using the T hotkey on the keyboard.

The same approach used in this tutorial can be used to create signup pages, and registration pages, simply by modifying the form layout to include different fields and adjusting the copy. As a next step, take this initial login screen and build out the remaining flow, starting with what the page might look like as someone is filling out the form, or what the page might look like if there are errors in the login process.

A: The best way to manage Facebook page roles is to use the Existing Page Roles section of the Page Roles menu. This lets you see a list of all of the people who have admin, editor, moderator, or analyst privileges for your page. You can then change their role or remove them from your page.

A: Navigate to the Settings tab at the top right of the page, and find the Page roles section on the left. In the Facebook Help Center, you can read more about each of the roles and their capabilities. All role information for the Page will be visible and editable if you are the Page Admin.

A: The most powerful and controlling role is the administrator. The second most authoritative role is the editor. Editors can do everything that admins can except manage other page roles and settings. Moderators are responsible for managing people, comments, messages, and ads.

You will want to set their page role to "Admin." FB Page admins have the same permissions to edit a page as the person who created the page. If you want a true backup in case you leave NDSU or cannot access the FB Page, you'll need to assign someone the role of "Admin." Click "Save" when you are done.

Hello, I have recently changed the username for my page, however now I cannot even get onto my page as when I click on the shortcut to the page on my account, I get the broken link message. I therefore cannot even get onto my page from the admin perspective to edit it. Please help!

I have a business page and changed the username on Friday. Since I changed it, it has came up that the page is unavailable and that the link may be broken. i have tried reporting the problem to facebook but nothing has been fixed and trying to find another way to contact them is proving to be impossible.

You might be making a mistake. Go back to your approach and troubleshoot any mistakes. Some possible issues might be:\r\n\r\n\r\nYou are logged into an account without full admin rights. \r\nYou recently changed your URL. \r\nYour page has been posting spam content. \r\nYou have been inactive for far too long. \r\n\r\n\r\nIf you are still not able to change your username, report the problem to Facebook and see if something can be done. There is a catch here too. You cannot merge any two pages. The pages must be on the same topic. They should represent the same thing. They should have similar names and the same admin. After the merger, you can change the URL of the new page formed by following the same set of steps.
